Perks of a Masterplanned Community

The main benefit of choosing to live in a “masterplanned” community is right there in the name: there’s a thoughtful plan for the community. These places are designed with a holistic outlook and a keen eye towards the future of the suburb, area or estate.

Good masterplanned communities take into account essential amenities including access to transport, shopping, education, employment, recreation and medical facilities. But even better masterplanned communities – like Jubilee Wyndham Vale – go beyond those by offering extra incentives and little luxuries.

You need convenience and balance in your lifestyle. Stage one of our multi-million dollar marketplace-style centre will include an IGA Supermarket and four specialty shops. The second stage, including cafes and alfresco dining, is anticipated to be completed in summer 2022/23.

Jubilee’s future town centre, Jubilee Central, offers shopping, socialising, recreation, civic engagement and even work opportunities. This main street hub sprawls over 6.6 hectares and includes refreshing green spaces.

Then, there’s a slice of inner-city living brought to Melbourne’s West via a vibrant precinct Urban Square. This space will offer culture, entertainment and dining options on top of cosmopolitan residences.

Outdoor Spaces

We know that getting fresh air and spending time outdoors leads to healthier, happier residents. Our riverfront location is enhanced by 77 hectares of wetlands, parks and safe, well-lit walking, biking and fitness trails found all throughout our neighbourhoods. You’ll easily find playgrounds, open-air fitness stations, BBQs and shady shelters. Plus, there are 23 hectares of major sporting fields on which stretch your legs.

As for education, Jubilee is surrounded by more than a dozen primary, secondary and tertiary schools nearby. To come within Jubilee itself are a planned child care centre, primary school and combined primary and high school options. But the current jewel in the learning crown is Nido Early School. Nido is now open and offers renowned kindergarten education and child care for infants from 6 weeks old up to school-aged kids.

With all of the above right at home, you won’t actually need to travel far on a daily basis. Yet for further accessibility, our local bus route is the 191 connecting our community to Werribee and Wyndham Vale Stations.

Speaking of the latter, do note that Wyndham Vale Station is a brand new station – mere steps away from Jubilee – as part of the Regional Rail Link. It’ll take you Melbourne’s CBD in just 35 minutes.

Fun and Fitness

Take Club Jubilee One: Jubilee Aquatic Centre for example. It’s just the first health and recreation centre exclusively made for Jubilee residents and their selected guests. Club Jubilee One is a private aquatic centre with Australia’s first indoor water park (so Melbourne’s biting winters are no obstacle).

It’s home to water slides, a Fun Zone for the littlies, a 25 metre lap pool and a leisure pool. Lessons at Bluey’s Swim School are on offer here too. There’s even an exclusive gym with state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment; simply cool off in the pool after your workout. Meanwhile, Club Jubilee Two will be more of a wellness-focused spa centre where you can relax and rejuvenate in comfort.
