Shoppers in Wyndham Vale will be spoiled for choice if plans for a huge $40 million expansion for Manor Lakes Central shopping centre go ahead. This week exciting plans lodged with Wyndham council were revealed which look great for Jubilee residents.
The Vermont land release now selling!
Our first land release from our brand new Land Sales Office is now selling! We’re now located in the Jubilee Display Village, on the corner of Welcome Parade and Memory Crescent. Open 11am to 6pm, 7 days. The Vermont Release has a wide variety of lots from 10.5m to 18m frontages and sizes up to a big 729m2.
