Construction Update | December 2020

While we’re not finished growing yet, our community enjoys an array of already-delivered first-class amenities including early child care, PTV Bus Route 191, three spacious parks, beautiful wetland, bike tracks and an indoor waterpark! See our review of our 2020 key construction milestones. 

 DELIVERED From 2016

  • Village Park – Enjoy the green open expansive space here for you, your family and friends to come together and play.  
  • Linear Park – Home to state-of-the-art play equipment, Linear Park offers a vast community space for all residents to enjoy, whether it be for fun and play, fitness or to relax.
  • Haymarket Circuit Park – Enjoy over 5000m2 of playing space with turfed lawn area and landscaping. There are plenty of fun activities for children with the latest play equipment.
  • Wetland – The wetland promenade deck is now open to all our Jubilee residents. Take a walk or ride around the promenade and enjoy our wetland and all its inhabitants. 


  • Bus Route 191 – PTV Bus Route 191 which connects Jubilee residents to Wyndham Vale and Werribee Train Stations, all local areas and beyond.

DELIVERED February 2020 

  • Club Jubilee One: Jubilee Aquatic Centre – Australia’s first private indoor water park features indoor water slides, a large leisure pool, 25-metre lap pool, Junior Fun Zone and gym.
  • Nido Early School Wyndham Vale (Jubilee Child Care Centre)  – Open to children from 6-months to school age, Nido Early School boasts a creative curriculum, with wholesome and delicious food options designed to nourish young minds.

Upcoming Amenities

The delivered amenities are just the beginning – we have a lot more in store for you! The next amenities will include the much-anticipated Neighbourhood Centre and Jubilee’s Catholic School.

  • Neighbourhood Centre – The first phase of construction is starting soon on stage one of our multi-million dollar marketplace-style centre, with an IGA Supermarket and four specialty shops. We anticipate the first stage to be completed in summer 2021/22. The second phase including cafes, and alfresco dining is anticipated to be completed in summer 2022/23. 

Future residents and purchasers can stay up to date at any time of the day with our live construction updates. By simply jumping online, you will be able to access ‘My Lot Progress’, which offers easy-to-understand information on how your land is advancing through the civil works and registration phases.
