DIscover a kids’ wonderland, seaside playgrounds and more.

Geelong Waterfront and Baywalk Bollards
Take a stroll along one of Australia’s most stunning waterfronts with a stretch of restaurants, cafes and public art known as the famous Bollards. With a showcase of more than 100 painted timber pylon icons guiding visitors along the 3km waterfront trail, learn about each unique key character who has helped shape Geelong.

Don’t forget to spot the white rabbit hidden somewhere on the bollards, and see how many your kids can find!

If you’re tired from walking, hop onto the Eastern Beach Train – a 20-minute ride from the Carousel to Eastern Beach, which lets you soak in the wonderful sights of the Giant Sky Wheel, bollards, carousel and fountains.

Giant Sky Wheel
Take a seat on the largest, most spectacular Ferris Wheel in the Southern Hemisphere. With a great view of Geelong and Corio Bay by day, or a truly magical experience by night, when over 30,000 LED lights illuminate the Ferris Wheel – it’s an absolute must.

MoPA: Museum of Play and Art

A beautiful and creative space for children and families to play and learn with everything from sensory play to digital experiences. It is ideally suited for children from 1 to 10 years old.
