Jubilee Display Village Announced

Display Village Announced

Jubilee is proud to unveil a blockbuster builder line up for its cutting-edge display village which is set to become the region’s premier home-hunting destination when it launches early next year.

Drawing unprecedented builder interest, Jubilee’s massive 30-home display village will include brand new designs by some of Melbourne’s most renowned builders including Boutique, Burbank, Carlisle Homes, Dennis Family Homes, Fairhaven Homes, Granvue Homes, Homebuyers Centre, Metricon, Mimosa, Simonds and Urban Edge Homes.

Recognising the inherent value this project will bring to the local community over the next few years, Jubilee’s builder partners were all quick to secure their spot in the coveted display village in order to ensure they could play an active role in what is set to become the west’s most impressive and facility-rich location.

Signing on to Jubilee, Homebuyers Centre Sales Manager Simon Mongan (speaking on behalf of their sister company Boutique) said he was excited to see even more diverse lifestyle options enter the ever-popular west.

“Five years ago the western growth corridor didn’t have the expanse of infrastructure or amenity you see today, and it’s homebuyers who are reaping the benefits.

“First, second and third homebuyers are finding a better quality of life in the west thanks to the infrastructure and amenity communities such as Jubilee bring.

“We’ll be showcasing a whole range of our collection for homebuyers to consider, from our compact townhouses through to our sprawling family homes.

“Jubilee’s generous blocks and clever design will be perfect for first homebuyers, downsizers and purchasers who need a little extra land for the dream family home and pool.

“We’re excited to be part of one of the largest master-planned communities in the west; we can see how much thought has gone into the longevity and usability of this new community and can’t wait to see it start to grow,” Mr Mongan said.

Simonds’ Regional Sales Manager Darren Brennan said the level of infrastructure and amenity planned for the project, combined with the project’s affordability made Jubilee a no-brainer.

“The west holds massive appeal for first homebuyers and downsizers because you just can’t purchase land of this size for a similar price anywhere in Melbourne’s south east or inner-north.

“Over the years communities in the west have set new benchmarks in quality community design, so the region has become a buyers-market,” Mr Brennan said.

With plans to build one of its most popular models from the Express Houses range, where a home is completed within 14 weeks, Mr Brennan said Jubilee’s larger style blocks will also allow Simonds to showcase its range of favourite family homes which offer luxury entertainment and lifestyle designs.

Developed by Lotus Living, Jubilee is one of the few new communities to boast a community-centric design that will encompass five separate village nodes and an abundance of amenity to ensure the estimated 20,000 residents have easy access to the estate’s proposed schools, employment precincts, shops, residents’ clubs and ample recreational reserves.

Boasting a planned 32.5ha employment precinct, 6.62ha town centre and over 12ha of land dedicated to Government and non-Government education zoning, Jubilee is the largest residential undertaking to-date by Lotus Living.

Designing the community on a best-practice master-plan, Lotus Living’s Managing Director Peter Bozzo said their first two land releases had been snapped up in record time.

“Jubilee will be a community like no other; we will be raising the bar for quality urban design for not just in the City of Wyndham but throughout Victoria,” Mr Bozzo said.

Construction of the 30-home display village is scheduled to commence late-2015. For more information on Jubilee please contact the Land Sales Office on 9684 8185 or visit the Facebook page.
