Let the Good Times Flow at Australia’s First Private Indoor Water Park in Jubilee

One of Victoria’s leading land developments Jubilee has officially commenced construction on its $15 million private indoor water park; the first of its kind for Australia.

Club Jubilee One is one of the crowning features of Jubilee, a 450-hectare premier estate in Wyndham Vale developed by Lotus Living, and will feature a 25m lap pool, leisure pool and two indoor water slides. The water park will also include a junior fun zone with water cannons, ground sprays and water spurts. The entire water park wonderland has been designed for kids and adults alike and is indoors, so residents can enjoy using it throughout the entire year, not just in summer.

Construction of the water park has been appointed to McCorkell Constructions – award-winning builders who specialise in child-friendly and complex builds. Club Jubilee One, which also includes an extensive gym, is the first of the estate’s three planned recreational centres. Club Jubilee Two is already in planning and will be nestled amid tranquil wetlands with a focus on health and wellness. All Jubilee residents receive a membership to Club Jubilee via the home owner’s association, as part of the developer’s commitment to fostering holistic lifestyles.

In addition to the network of recreation centres, Lotus Living will develop a 5.4-hectare town centre with 8,000sqm of retail and commercial space, a 1.2-hectare neighbourhood centre and has reserved 77 hectares for open parklands with playgrounds, fitness stations, sporting fields, picnic areas, walking trails, bike tracks and barbeques.

Residents will also benefit from pre-established and upcoming public amenity, such as proximity to Wyndham Vale train station which recently underwent extensive renovations.

Lotus Living Project Director Daniel Smith says the sheer scale of the development and its extensive resident amenities will effectively transform Jubilee into a suburb in its own right.

“ Jubilee’s masterplan goes above and beyond the usual expectations of land estates and the indoor water park is just one example of this. We have sought to create a truly integrated and self-sufficient neighbourhood where every resident’s need is catered to,” said Smith.

“ Club Jubilee One will be enjoyed by the entire Jubilee community. We have designed our recreation centres with specific aspects that appeal to every generation, acting as central hubs for our residents and guests to socialise.”

“ Construction commencing on the water park marks a significant step for Lotus Living – it’s one of those moments where our grand ideas come to life and become tangible to the community. Where others are promising, we’re delivering.”
