Safety first a success at Jubilee!

A big thank you to those Jubilee residents who attended our much anticipated Neighbourhood Watch launch event on Tuesday, 26 March. It was a positive and informative evening that helped to give our valued residents peace of mind in how the community-based organisation will improve safety, security and quality life at Jubilee.

There were many initiatives discussed at our launch event including home security and how residents can ensure they feel safe in the estate, what to do in the case of an emergency and generally looking out for each other.

For those who couldn’t make this information session, there will be another chance to speak with Neighbourhood Watch at our upcoming Easter Pop-Up Picnic on Sunday, 14 April. Residents can enquire and register for the Jubilee committee and ask questions regarding their presence in our community. They will also be handing out Jubilee co-branded stickers and magnets for you to place around your home!

For those residents who are interested in becoming a Neighbourhood Watch Jubilee committee member, please advise Sharon Howard of Engine Property Group (Jubilee Home Owners Association), at  Sharon will put you in contact with neighbourhood watch representatives.  Becoming a Jubilee committee member will allow you to become further involved with our community’s safety and have an opportunity to have your say in Jubilee’s exciting future.

After the success of this launch, Jubilee will be holding a series of regular Neighbourhood Watch information sessions, so please keep a look out for these forthcoming!

We hope to see you and your family at our next session!
