Jubilee The Mill Quarter

The Mill Quarter: Newest Neighbourhood Announced

Causing a splash in Wyndham Vale for all the right reasons, Jubilee can now reveal “The Mill Quarter”, the multi-million-dollar village that will become home to the community’s first residents.

Featuring a $6 million private indoor waterpark – a first for Australia – as well as zones for a private and public school, state-of-the-art sporting grounds and a wetland-fronting retail precinct that features a supermarket and speciality stores, The Mill Quarter is just the first of many proposed interconnecting villages that make up Jubilee.

Providing enviable access to the proposed Wyndham Railway Station, residents in The Mill Quarter will be within minutes to Wyndham Vale’s established schools and shops.

Developed by Lotus Living, Jubilee’s master-plan of interconnecting villages is set to alleviate congestion and enable the early delivery of amenities.

Basing the master-plan on the organic structure of village living, Lotus Living’s managing director Peter Bozzo said the pedestrian-friendly and picturesque elements within the township’s design are often sorely missing from many new neighbourhoods.

“The Mill Quarter’s design and amenity will place every resident at an advantage from day one; residents won’t have to worry that they’ll have to compete for parking spaces or amenity access in years to come.

“Expecting over 20,000 residents to call Jubilee home over the next two decades, the proposed village structure will mean each precinct will have a new set of local amenities, while a town centre will accommodate major shopping and community needs.

“Our residents in The Mill Quarter will be the first to enjoy a new shopping precinct, sporting facilities, schools and the exclusive water park – an exciting amenity that has never been seen before.

“Families and first home buyers are in the best position to snap up what will be the most coveted address in Wyndham Vale,” Peter said.
