Which Neighbourhood is just right for you?

The established The Mill Quarter, the family-friendly Scholars Green, the vibrancy of Urban Square or the natural beauty of Ridgetop Views: which Jubilee neighbourhood will you choose?

The Mill Quarter
We’re proud to count The Mill Quarter as Jubilee’s very first neighbourhood. This already-established community surrounds a central village park. There are also two more parks with playgrounds here as well as wetlands, bike tracks, walking paths and boardwalks so you’re likely to spend as much time outdoors as in.

A huge draw to The Mill Quarter is Club Jubilee One: Jubilee Aquatic Centre. Now open, Club Jubilee One features indoor water slides, a large leisure pool, 25-metre lap pool, Junior Fun Zone and gym.

Another key feature, which is set to open in 2022 is the multi-million dollar Neighbourhood Centre. This will boast an IGA supermarket and four specialty stores for The Mill Quarter; the next phase in 2023 will add cafés and alfresco dining. You’ll find onsite childcare at Nido Early School right here too. The Mill Quarter is especially good for families (or those who hope to have one in future) and anyone who is looking to move in sooner.

Scholars Green
Right next door to The Mill Quarter (and therefore, Club Jubilee One, the Neighbourhood Centre and Nido Early School) is Scholar’s Green. This neighbourhood is perfect for young families who value education, focusing on mind and body, as well as those who crave the space to grow.

Offering family sized lots, you’ll be living alongside a future Prep-12 private school in this neighbourhood with a Prep-6 public school just down the road. Scholars Green is also located so you’ll have streamlined access to more than a handful of kinders, other schools and universities near Jubilee too. There is also a huge future sporting ground complex here with multiple ovals, fields and facilities where you can work up a sweat. We haven’t forgotten about relaxation when designing this neighbourhood either – it has its very own park, playground and communal BBQs.

Urban Square
Young professionals, investors and even downsizers who are seeking an immersive lifestyle with less hassle will love Urban Square. It’s Jubilee’s most urban neighbourhood. Land lots here are designed to be more affordable and low-maintenance. There’ll be so much to do outside your front door when you move into Urban Square. The planned Urban Plaza will offer dining and entertainment, a Euro-inspired Passeggiata is a place for strolling and socializing and that leads you to an activated waterfront promenade with local cafes and bars. With future commercial, office and retail spaces to come to Urban Square, as well as Jubilee’s future Business Park right next door, you could pursue your career or entrepreneurial goals without any commute. This neighbourhood is also walking distance to Wyndham Vale train station so you can travel to Melbourne’s CBD with ease.

Ridgetop Views
Coming soon to Jubilee is a brand new neighbourhood! Ridgetop Views is just right for anyone seeking natural beauty that’s not too far from the conveniences of town. The hillside park, amphitheatre streets and homes here will be strategically designed to take full advantage of the neighbourhood’s elevated location, and views of the city skyline and the You Yangs. The tranquil wetlands here will also be home to Jubilee’s next recreation club, Club Jubilee Two: Jubilee Wellness Centre. This is going to be a Wellness Centre focused on pure relaxation and rejuvenation. So you’ll enjoy a laid-back life when you move to Ridgetop Views.

No matter which Neighborhood you choose to call home, at Jubilee you will benefit from the convenience of every aspect of the community, whether it be only a walk away or a 2-minute drive down the road.
